By accessing or using the LIC Premium Calculators website (“the website”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What the website provides
The website offers free online calculators, premium charts and articles about life insurance plans of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and related topics, in English, Hindi and Marathi. It is an independent information service. We are not LIC, are not affiliated with LIC or any insurer, and are not an insurance intermediary registered with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). We do not sell insurance, accept premiums, service policies or settle claims.
3. Estimates, not quotations
All calculator results are estimates for general information. They are not an offer, quotation, illustration under IRDAI regulations, or guarantee of any premium or benefit. Actual premiums and benefits are determined solely by the insurer under the policy contract. Bonuses and market-linked returns are not guaranteed. Always confirm figures with LIC or a licensed intermediary and read the sales brochure and policy document before buying.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on the website is financial, investment, insurance, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, hold or surrender any policy. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- copy, scrape, republish or sell our content, calculators or rate tables in bulk without written permission;
- misrepresent our content or results as an official LIC document or quotation;
- use the website to mislead or defraud anyone, including by impersonating LIC, an agent or us;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;
- introduce malware or use automated tools in a way that harms the website or other users.
You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s text, calculators, code, design, charts and translations are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Indian and international copyright law. “LIC”, plan names and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products discussed. No licence is granted to you except the limited right to view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The website may link to third-party websites and may in future display advertisements. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with advertisers or linked websites are solely between you and them.

Because the website is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim, if any liability is established, will not exceed ₹1,000.
